We currently ship across North America. Once your story is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for printing and delivery.

You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your book ships. If you're on a tight timeline, contact us before ordering — we’ll always try to work some magic when we can!

Returns & Cancellations

Because every Tiny Tale is custom-written just for you, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your story has been approved and sent to print.

Please take the time to review your digital proof carefully — we’re happy to make edits during the approval stage to ensure your book feels just right.

If your item arrives damaged or there's a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
