By placing an order with Tiny Tale Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure that you understand our process and respect the custom nature of our work.
2. Custom Content
Each book is written and designed based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of names, dates, and any personal details submitted. Tiny Tale Co. is not liable for errors in the final product if those errors were included in your submission and not flagged during the approval stage.
3. Proof Approval
Before printing, you will receive a digital proof of your story. You are responsible for reviewing it thoroughly and requesting any edits. Once the proof is approved, no further changes can be made.
4. Printing & Shipping
Printing typically takes 3–5 business days, and shipping may take an additional 4–7 business days depending on your location. We’ll provide tracking once your book ships. We do not guarantee delivery dates but will always do our best to meet your timeline.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our books, all sales are final once a proof is approved and the book is sent to print. We do not offer refunds or returns.
If your book arrives damaged or has a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of personal details you submit. However, Tiny Tale Co. retains creative ownership of the written story, design, and layout of the book. Our books may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
7. Use of Customer Stories
With your permission, we may feature portions of your story or images of your book (excluding sensitive info) on our website or social media. You can opt out by letting us know at checkout or via email.
